Adult Prime is like the European version of Adult Time. Both offer a great opportunity to access a lot of porn. I'm not a big fan or either as I prefer to join more focused sites, but that's purely subjective again.
As for the price, you should do more digging. I looked at a couple of review sites that were offering $15 USD for a month, downloads included. I don't think the Mods allow pointing to referral sites so I can't list them here, but try searching for "adult site reviews" or "porn site reviews" and you'll likely come up with something. You don't seem to be set up to receive private messages here, but you could send me a message and I can reply with some options. If you can get a month for $15, I'd highly recommend it.
