Hi Scorpian and welcome to the forum! Now about Adult CD Universe. I ordered from them a couple years ago but unfortunately my shopping experience with them wasn't all that positive. At the time, I placed an order at their website for a title that was listed as in-stock and eagerly awaited its arrival. And I waited. And waited. After about two weeks and no DVD I decided to email them and find out what was taking so long but my emails went completely unanswered. So I then tried calling their customer service and they rudely told me that the title I had ordered was out of stock and they didn't know if they would be getting more in the near future. And yet, that same title was still being listed at their site as in-stock and ready to be shipped! I then had a hell of a time trying to get a refund and I made up my mind never to order from them again and take my business elsewhere. I now stick to online porn stores that I've come to love and trust like XRENTDVD, FIVE STAR DVD and ADULT DVD TODAY just to name a few of my faves hosted here at ADT. They have given me many wonderful sales and I'm eternally grateful to them for the outstanding service they provide!

Yes, I've made many purchases through them and I've never had a problem with them. As Asmodeus pointed out their stock isn't always accurate, I think that they base it on the distributor, however, unlike his experience they've always been polite to me and quickly answered the questions I've sent. I had one bad disc come from them which they also quickly replaced. Keep in mind they are in New England so it does take a little longer to get your order if you are on the west coast.

Ordered one disc from them, good price, prompt service, but the disc was not sealed and loose in case. A dealer of last resort.

I think I get an occasional promotional e-mail I can't remember. As for regular mail, I have received no promotional mail from them at all.
