I'm sure I'm not the only ADT reader that surfs various adult sex sites on the internet. Something I've noticed is that pro-am adult sites seem to do a better job at finding fresher and prettier talent than the adult video industry. I can't remember how many times I've seen super hot girls on a web site, and crossed my fingers that they would end up doing movies, only to never see it happen. It wouldn't make sense that a girl would fuck for an adult web company, but not for an adult video company, so I think it's simply a matter of recruiting. Are web companies better at landing new talent than the old guard? Why would this be the case. It just doesn't make sense that these web sites are constantly finding new girls, many of whom would be huge stars if they crossed over to movies, only it never seems to happen. The adult movie industry is based in Los Angeles, probably 95% of the movies put out by the major adult studios are shot in L.A. - they are all shooting from the same talent pool. Studios that want to put out a lot of movies have to be in L.A. because there is always a decent sized pool of girls and guys to hire. Internet sites are located all over the country, they recruit closer to wherever they are,in Arizona, Michigan, Florida, anywhere - as long as they are only running one or two sites they can find enough girls for their website's needs. OxCash/NastyDollars which started out with a site called RealButts.com, started out shooting unseen fresh new talent in Florida where they are located, but as they started putting up new websites like Bangbus, MilfHunter, CumFiesta, etc they began to run out of girls so they had to go to L.A. to shoot the same girls the video companies shoot. As porn production grows in cities like Miami, Montreal, Prague,etc with many producers needing talent - the female talent in those cities start to become overexposed just like the L.A. girls. Almost every website I know that updates their site a lot with new girls at some point has to come to L.A. or hire somebody to shoot stuff for them in L.A. Maybe you're talking about the hundreds of solo amateur websites featuring some really cute chicks. Those girls come from all over and most of them don't want anything to do with the L.A. porn industry. They feel safe where they are, they have fun and are their own bosses and can make nice money. Porn stardom isn't what they want. New girls are the lifeblood of the video and the Internet biz. I know that's what I want to see in porn, new chicks. Once in awhile I see a girl that becomes a favorite and I want to see her again but mostly I wanna see new girls. Wish the new girls didn't wind up with Ed Powers any more, at one time he did a nice job of breaking new girls in but This is a new girl in L.A. - Kira Beckam, she is only in her second week in the biz, i bet she has worked every day since she showed up at World Modeling. So far she is not doing guys but there's a good chance some studio will sweeten the pot monetarily and she'll do it, then shoot for every studio in town and every site on the Internet, then disappear back into society like hundreds of others. The girls who stick around for a long time are the minority. Here are two fresh off the bus girls who are in the biz less than two weeks.
