Hi All, Stumbled across this site Adultdvdblue and they have a $7 off every title coupon on the front page. The offer ends 13/12 though. I have never heard of them before anyone here used/know of them?
Shipping charges on this site are very high- something like 4.95 per order AND 1.75 per dvd!!!!!!! They could take 10.00 off every title and you would be still be paying too much.
Their shipping structure is bizzare. They charge more for domestic shipping than international. Somehow they can charge high prices and high shipping. I wish they could explain the higher base shipping charge for domestic shipping than the base charge for shipping to Canada.
thanks, i have bought a few titles over at DVDExotic, but the last time i did that i got an email from them telling me that they would close DVDExotic and start AdultdvdBlue. So i checked out AdultDVDBlue and my username/password worked there. I saw DVDExotic still was in business so i emailed them asking why adultdvdblue almost have the same interface as dvdexotic. I never got an answer.

smarker - if you're going to complain about a store please provide facts. retailers read and participate in our forum and they do everything they can to resolve customer service problems.
Smarker was at least correct with respect to high prices. You cannot argue that their prices are consistantly some of the highest in the price search.
I noticed when checking my numbers that they have altered their shipping policy in the last week. It is now $5.95 for domestic shipping. That is better if you are shipping in quantity but still close to highway robbery for a single item.
Steph: I placed an order, they placed a hold on my card. But I couldn't see the order as part of my order history. So I emailed them and a miracle happened: they replied to my message!! Asking me to send a copy of my ccard and statement, which I did. They never processed my order. My 4 email messages have not been answered and I will never order from them again. Maaybe they were trying to avoid honoring the $ 7 coupon. Or maybe they are just customer unfriendly. If you need copies of the email messages please let me know. Thanks Steph.
smarker - Are you a in the U.S. or a different country? The only time I think they require a copy of the credit card statement is for orders going outside the U.S.
My credit card was issued outside of the US but I wanted them to ship to Miami. They asked for a copy of the credit card and a copy of the card statement. I promptly sent the copies by email and they never processed the order or replied to my next 4 or 5 messages. I have ordered from several companies (5star, dvdadvantage, etc) without any problems.
My earlier post was in error. AdultDVDExotic has changed their rates to a fixed $5.95 for domestic delivery. I guess that this will be a point of differentiation between AdultDVDExotic and AdultDVDBlue.
5.95 is pretty high for a single item. I did a small test on the sites I use (US domestic ground shipping for one DVD): Excaliburfilms: $3.50 Goliathfilms: $5 Jaded video: $5 . For bigger quantities (above $70 on Goliathfilms, above $100 on Jaded) they offer free shipping (and Excalibur has this bonus movie stuff). Maybe we should dedicate another forum to shipping comparisons...
