I tried contacting them and they said I would get a response within 48 hours. I sent a couple emails and waited a few days, but nothing. Their website seems to be continuously updated. I would rather not call their phone number because I'd have to pay an international calling fee. Maybe they haven't emailed me back because of the pandemic, I don't know. Once you place the order if you have any questions or issues they are very responsive. I know from their email newsletter they have reduced staff due to COVID-19 so that may be why they're not getting back to you - but I also tried contacting them as well before I placed my first order and never heard back but had no problems once I placed an order. But just so you know shipping rates to Canada are on the high side. You might also want to check out www.xrentdvd.com/ They have a really good selection of used and new DVDs, good prices and shipping to Canada is very reasonable. [Link]

I tried emailing them multiple times and calling them twice. No response. Are they still open? Their website seems to be continually updated, and says nothing about closure. [Link]

Never answered my emails to explain the mix-up, had to get a refund through AdultDVDMarketplace as I ordered it there. Recently got a notification about a new order but I never bought anything. Wonder if they're slow and sending me the correct title but pointless as I bought it elsewhere. Or history repeating itself and mixed up someone else's order and sending their stuff to me instead... Also noticed their sites adultdeals.com and adultdvd.com redirect to FBI sites... Don't know if legit or hacked but looking like a sketchy business at the moment. [Link]

They "retired" AdultDeals (due to low feedbacks?) and now revived their other account, DVDUniverse. But the seller is still taking hits for selling bootlegs. Good Luck taking a chance on them. I've had to purchase from his other competitive s, but I rather spend more instead of dealing the headaches of backorders and privacy issues. [Link]
