Wow, that's funny. Paypal doesn't accept adult transactions. Just a note that if a customer mentions to them that they bought adult goods and did not receive them (due to a delay etc) they will close the account.
They did this to me and it takes them several weeks for them to mail you a check.
They won't even let me re-open an account! So if I want to order something from Ebay I have to send a money order!

It's funny with Ebay too, because ebay lets you sell porn, you just can't use remotely dirty words to do so, which is 1 level of moronic, secondly they won't let you pay with their own payment company, paypal, which they own. and of course they make money off of porn sales, too. it's a bizarre web of hypocrisy.
so I wonder why/how dvd explorer is doing this.

I also thought that Paypal didn't allow anything "adult". That's weird.

AdultDVDExplorer has been working for some time to develop good relationships with mainstream payment systems. The selling of adult materials is a totally legal business, and we should not be discriminated against based upon the content of our offerings.
We appreciate that PAYPAL has offered us this opportunity, and we are hopeful we can show that the adult business and our customers are legitimate consumers of their service, and that AdultDVDExplorer.com will operate without any problems while our customers enjoy the convenience of paying through PAYPAL.

lol, sorry to burst your bubble XXXplorer but PayPal will not allow adult material to be purchased via that fine service they provide... "if" they did it for you, they would have to do it for everyone else... and they don't!
It's a nice site with nice content @ nice prices, don't ruine this.
Not only your PayPal account but also the customer who purchased from you @ that time would have ALL money suspended and account(s) closed down for 3 to 6 months.
Also takes 60 days for the customer to get his/hers money back. I know for a fact, it's happened to me.

CoolRush,
AdultDVDExplorer.com is a large company that has been in business for many years. PayPal has agreed to allow us to use their payment services for product sales. It is true that they will not allow video streaming or download of adult content.
The use of PayPal is completely safe and has been authorized for our website. We have been accepting hundreds of orders with Paypal for over a month now, and we look forward to continuing this service. We would like to show Paypal that dealing with legitimate vendors makes good business sense no matter what the product is, so long as the sale of the items are legal. Please write us if you have any further concerns.
Thanks.

It appears that Paypal has amended its policy again. They now specifically indicate that physical (e.g. dvd) mature materials can be purchased but you cannot purchase non-physical (e.g. downloads, web access) items. AdultDVDExplorer should be aware of the history of rule changes and business practices that have burned buyers and sellers using Paypal and eBay. Paypal was very public with their decision to ban the sale of all adult items. The decision to reverse that rule has not been nearly as publicized.

That's great news. Now I just need some of my favorite sites to accept Paypal.

Same here. I've had a frozen account due to this. Has anyone been able to restore their account? I don't want to start a new one. I just emailed them.
