When reply came thru one of their people said that my email had found its way into their junk mail or something. Anyway, they did reply eventually. If you dont hear back you might want to ring them. I got email with number cut/pasted below for their cust serv dept. 1-800-698-8266 Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST You probably need to add intl dialling code or something if calling from UK/Europe.
