Their used items are still in the price search. Their new items have been removed.

Having their listings in the new section wasn't a fair comparison. We overlooked that they didn't meet certain requirements of ours (eg doing their own fulfillment) for a long time. But for a lot of reasons we can no longer do so. It also made tools like bargain watch entirely useless for international shoppers.

Personally I think its crap. If it wasnt for the fact that adultdvdmarketplace had a price search function i would have never discovered this site.I used this site as a tool to find information on stars,companies and what not every single day.The percentage of used dvd's listed in the new area is obviously minimal considering 90% of thier listing are new listings. I think its more to the fact your ad sponsors couldnt or wouldnt compete with thier prices thus you took them down for that reason. either way its crap and will cost you in the long run.In traffic and eventualy ad dollars.Luckly the still have a reviews link so your not totally screwed on it.

It's fairly easy to come up with hits on AdultDVDTalk doing Google searches, so I think you overstate the importance of traffic ADM may generate for this site, NerdGod.
From steph and drew's perspective, they have to weigh whatever benefits ADM links might provide against the reaction of other advertisers to what they consider unfair competition. It seems obvious to me that it is in drew and steph's interests to maintain a level playing field. Thus, ADM loses, and there's nothing 'crap' about it.

It wasn't an easy decision to remove them from the site. The entire time they were in our price search we were making a HUGE exception in having them there. One of our primary requirements of listing a store is that they do their own product fulfillment. (ADM is not a "store" in this sense.)
ADM is a good place to find incredible prices on DVDs if you're willing to risk placing and order with a dud seller.

ok i may have exhagerated a bit about adm but i have personally have spent well into the $1000's there and only had a problem with 1 seller. blaze123.
but if they weren't meeting your criteria then by all means i understand your position but if i had ever had a problem with a seller i knew i could ask adm for a refund and get it.
I'm just pissed i have to work harder now to research a dvd. sorry if i was overly anal.
