Just wanted to say that I have never dealt with such a professional and efficient company before. Whenever I send emails asking questions, I receive a response well within 24 hours each time. An order -- 6 discs -- that was supposed to have been posted from them on January 2nd, has still never arrived. Their customer service has fobbed me off on several occasions, stating that because of international customs, I would have to wait at least 2 months. Well, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited the required amount of time before contacting them again and after their last reply on March 10th, when their rep said he would be out for the weekend, NOTHING!! I did want to sound out the posters here at the time, but because Steph and Drew were moving, and my modem packed in, I couldn't post til now. They stated that they couldn't do anything because of customs statement "Due to the varying importation laws for each country, we DO NOT guarantee delivery outside the U.S. There will be no refunds for orders not received. ", but I have never received any notification from Irish Customs , not UK's, who, to my knowledge, have never touched ANY of my orders in the past (even those from Five Star, which came in BIG packages that stated "DVD software" and the full order amount). My order WAS LOST IN THE POST and they don't seem to want to have anything to do with it. I never had any problems with ALL the previous orders from them, but be warned that not everything is rosy from them (in my experience). [Link] |
