I have 40 or so titles in my cart, but when I click the blue button towards the bottom to run the cart, I get the HTTP 500 - page cannot be displayed error. (not that I'm going to buy 40 today, but I have an excel sheet that I enter the prices per title in... that was I can compare the total costs w/ any un-listed discounts) Any ideas? Thanks ! [Link] |

The problem is caused when we have a database error where one of the movies in your cart has a single store linked to it more than once. This isn't supposed to happen but it does once in a while when our import program has problems batch updating the store's pricing and product info. You can figure out which item is causing the problem by setting the quanties to zero for each item. I'll try to figure it out before I go to bed tonight. [Link] |
