As you probably have surmised by now, I do not have the drive needed to maintain this daily, nor the interest.
It was fun for a bit but it wasn't for a while before I stopped, and less so now. I put off posting this, thinking the want to do it would come back. It didn't.

IF ANYONE WANTS TO RESUME COMPILING THE DATABASE, PLEASE PM ME AND I WILL SEND YOU THE RAW HTML FILES IN A ZIP.
YOU WOULD OF COURSE BE FREE TO FORMAT IT HOWEVER YOU WISH AND UPDATE IT AS YOU WISH. ONE CANNOT GIVE UP A THING THEN COMPLAIN THAT HE WOULDN'T DO IT THAT WAY.
I WILL BE OFFERING THE DATA TO IAFD IF THEY WANT IT.
I WOULD ONLY ASK 2 THINGS OF WHOMEVER CONTACTS ME:
1} THAT MY NAME STAY ATTACHED AS THE ORIGINATOR OF THE DATABASE. NO NOT TAKING CREDIT FOR THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY PEOPLE HERE, JUST AS THE ORGANIZER.
2} WHEN YOU TIRE OF IT, PASS IT ON WITH THE SAME STIPULATIONS, ADDING YOUR NAME TO IT OBVIOUSLY.

FlacFan - I just logged on to check your database for some information and learned that you're putting this project aside. I just wanted to thank you for all of your effort, and I say that fully recognizing that you put a huge amount of effort into this.
As a collector of 'first anals' I am truly grateful for your work here.

Although I had other opinions regarding some of the listed first ones......
