| Daze New Member Lincoln, NE USA 2 Posts 1/00 |  Posted - Jan 10 2000 : 4:42PMSo, in order to submit a review for Adult DVD Talk, I went onto AdultMoviesBest.com (the only reason being that fivestar is currently out of stock on the required DVD). I placed my order early Sunday morning and requested the overnight (guaranteed by 3pm the next afternoon) shipping through Airborne express. I understand that some online facilities are closed on Sunday, but I called them three times today (BTW, _no one_ answers their phones until about 2pm in the afternoon CST) where they reassured me that the DVD would be shipped today. Here it is 7pm and I have not received a confirmation e-mail nor a change of status on my account on their homepage. Not only that, but their Customer Service number will not answer calls or e-mails now. For the amount of calling I did and cash put down for the extra shipping, I would have to say that this has been a very disappointing experience in Customer Service. If you are considering ordering from them, I would definately think twice before pushing that "Confirm Order" button. Questions/Comments welcome.  [Link] |
