I bought some dvds on this site called Adultplanetdvd. Ive been emailing them like 10 times & have not gotten any response its been like a week & a half. They have 2 numbers one for needing help for placing an order & the other for Customer Support. Both of these numbers seem fake one of them takes me to a family which told me this isnt a company & the other is actually a fax/phone which rings 3 times then you a screech then it goes quiet.
The invoices dont look right they look fake theres no company logo on it as though it was typed up on the computer. There was no tracking # in the invoice. I placed 2 orders I wanted the 1st one canceled emailed them like 5 times & no response. Its not until when I placed the 2nd order & told them in the comments to cancel it which is what they did.
Since they decided to cancel it Im starting thing there not trying to steal my money but I still need to know has anyone dealt with this company before?? I did a search on Google & came across a topic posted on this site about this company but that was back in 02. Thats all I could find no discussions nothing about this site. Also has anyone tried Adultdvd69?? I bought a order a week ago & its still pending.

There's a lot of crap stores out there, and a reason many stores are not in the Adult DVD Talk Price Search... It's because Adult DVD Talk has standards for affiliates. You'll notice you don't see questions like this about Adult DVD Talk affiliates, so in the future you might want to try them rather than a company nobody's heard of... AdultDVD69 used to be a decent place IIRC, but I've never heard of adultplanetdvd.

It has been a few years but I have ordered from Adultplanetdvd. I tried a small order first to try them out and when there were no problems I made two or three additional orders and there were no problems with any of the orders. Like I said I haven't used them for a couple of years but it was for more of a relocation than a problem with their service.

Unfortunately I'm wondering about this place you ordered from. Many years ago (the 90's) there was a legitimate electronics store called Ken Crane's in southern California. They eventually had a laserdisc store in Huntington Beach which was the largest laserdisc store around. I believe they tried to stock every available laserdiscs and some imported ones too. Unfortunately as time went on cheaper, less service oriented places eroded their sales. They sold their laserdisc store as DVDs were taking over and the store was renamed DVD Planet. This is back in the early 2000's. I used to go there back then, but found out I got better service and better selection from DVD Empire (also their adult arm, Adult DVD Empire). The DVD Planet store had an adult arm which was Adult DVD Planet. Never used them, but back then it was legit. Not sure what happened, but the DVD Planet store in Huntington Beach closed down some years back. I have no idea if the same people run it. There is an address back east if you google it. Could be someone bought the domain name and perhaps it's someplace that's crooked or financially shaky.
You should at least try to contact BBB and see if they know anything about the place. Sorry I don't know much (if at all). Hope it works out okay eventually.
