I am attending the Adult Entertainment Expo this coming January. First time in Vegas as well. I have a couple questions to ask if anyone has been there before. Do the girls allow you to take pictures with them or just of them or does it depend on who the girl is? If you can get a picture takien with them, wil someone take the picture for you (with your camera of course) there? Also what things would one want to bring to this seen as you are not just meeting one XXX Star. Is there any freebies like 8x10's or posters signed there and given to the fans? Thanks in advance guys. I got my digital camera all set and am looking forward to it. Jenna Jameson, Jenna Haze, Lanny Barbie, Tera Patrick, Nikita Denise and Tabitha Stevens are my main favs to meet. Attending for two days.
It really depends. When I asked the ice cream girl at 5am while trying to recover from a hangover, she refused. Those illegal migrant midgets that hand out those phone sex cards refused to have their picture taken. I also found that every hooker that hang around the casinos refused to have their pictures taken.
But if you mean porn stars, then most will take a picture with you. Some of them may grit their teeth while they look for their next meth fix but you won't notice that until you look at the pic later.
There'll be plenty of free promo items for them to sign from posters to 8x10s to calendars to dvds.

Hahaha "gimme those phone sex cards!!!" Thanks for the info on the porn stars. Didn't know how they were about pics with people with so many people attending. Looking forward to it, I used to dj at a couple strip clubs here in Toronto back in the 90's and back then the porns stars would come here as feature dancers weekly. Got my polorid with 20 different ones back then. But then with the internet as a platform for thier own web sites, there is no need for them to travel anymore. Plus the indutry has changed compared to back then. They make more money as contract girls too.

Most of the girls will take photos with you, from what I have personally observed. There are freebies like 8 by 10s and posters given to fans. Some booths sell DVDs and you can get them autographed on the spot.

is anyone on the board attending the Expo? Just curious. I am heading there from Toronto. Crazy I know but hey, well worth it because..well it is Vegas!! So hot women, gambling, nothing but fun fun fun. My first time in Vegas as well.
As a veteran of six shows (and we should have some sort of support group really) I'd suggest the following:
GET THERE EARLY!
The lines for the AEE's public hours get crazy. If the public are being allowed in from 1pm again, then you want to be in line by 12. The lines were stretching all the way back into the Venetian by mid-afternoon this year. So arrive early.
Pretty much every booth has slicks for the girls to sign, or photos, and the girls will always make time for fans at the show. What has always impressed me as a jaded hack journalist is the way the girls do this, hour after hour, and the fact that they'll get down out of the booths to welcome guys in wheelchairs, whatever. I'm always impressed with how much time they're willing to spend with their fans.
But do yourself a favour and don't just stick to the front of the hall, where the big players like Vivid, VCA and Hustler are. There are hundreds of performers all the way to the back, and you might miss out on a few (they sign on a rota basis) at the back by standing in line at the front. You are also more likely to get a nipple flash from the smaller booths at the back where the security guys don't hang around so much!
And this is your first time in Vegas as well? Sweet. The place is crazy enough when the circus isn't in town... just you wait. You won't believe it.
Above all, be polite to the girls, pay attention to the security guys, and always say thank you! I doubt that anyone you ask nicely to pose with you will say no.
Uh yeah, I think that a couple of people from here will be there. Sadly I won't be one of them this year . I am however eagerly awaiting stories & pictures from those that do go .

One thing for sure I will be polite to them, as they are people regardless of the line of work they do. All in all I look at them as entertainers and to meet them is something to look at as a pleasure. I used to DJ at strip clubs here in Toronto back in the 90's And many of the Porn stars would dance as feature dancers each week back then. Met many of them, even had the pleasure of partying with a few. Always was nice to them and never was a pig or anything of the sort to them. Looking forward to this trip. So much to do and see in so little time. Gotta have fun and a blast for sure no matter what. Sleep? Not required LOL.
I should also have added that if you can't sweet talk a party invite from anyone during the week, there's usually a big crowd at the Circle Bar in the Venetian anytime after midnight. Or 1am. Or 2am, etc.
JennaRulz, I wasn't implying that you *wouldn't* be polite! I just meant be extra polite. You'd actually be surprised how many jerks some of the girls have to put up with, so a bright smile and pleasant manner will do you no harm at all.
Besides, you're Canadian, so you're naturally polite! In London, smiling is seen as a sign of weakness...

I was going to ask if there is any jerks and snapperheads that attend. And thanks for the compliment...LOL Canadians we are always polite. Hey the Brits are always the ones with the great sense of humour. As always though meeting these women will be great. And I know they appreciate people being nice to them and treating them as people not objects. Having worked in that environment I have seen my fair share of idiots that is for sure.
