We all love those hot little buff aerobic instructors in their tight spandex and workout gear barking out orders to a group of people. This would just take it to the "next level" where after a set of crunches she comes over and sits on your face. Or better yet she does it while your doing the crunches. I actually just thought of this last night while watching "The Biggest Loser" on TV.
