I would have expected my purchase (in my scenario - to be read below) to be of an expected standard but sadly it is not. These guys just make the buck and then duck. Automatic responses for support is extremely poor after sales support. You buy a DVD which is fine because you know it will be a DVD but in adding to my particular topic of conversation I bought a "buy to download" option after which i was disappointed to learn that the file quality of the video is not even "in my opinion " the correct file size nor acceptable video bitrate for the video length feature. The online store from which i have purchased the item is not really interested to hear my opinion and i received a sturdy but quick reply which states the formats of all the downloads and that is really it, done. Not sure if there is anybody out there that might be able to support this appeal if you can call it that. Thanks for reading. [Link] |
