I was wondering what different things porn girls do after they retire from the business. Can anyone quote me some names of girls and what they went on to do, occupation-wise, after porn? Thank you.

Kay Parker transitioned into being a metaphysical counselor. There is an excellent documentary on her called A Taboo Identity: The Evolution of Kay Taylor Parker.

I think Flash has offered you some really good suggestions for you to look into but I think it would be unwise to seek more specific info on those ex-performers because many of them don't want their porn past to come to light. I think we can all agree that it's their right to want to keep that porn past hidden from their family and friends. Especially if they have managed to do so without being found out.

As Pat362 has said, there will be no outing of anyone. I have no problem with people sharing info on former stars who have personally made the connection with their past and their present. However, if the stars themselves haven't made the connection, no one will here. No one will share private images of stars that haven't been made public by the star and no one will share private Facebook accounts, etc.
Hyapatia Lee transitioned into self-help work for Native Americans along with advocacy for Native Americans.
One adult actress that I honestly can't remember has created a clothing line, yes she has shirts she created that disclose her past included in the brand.
A great resource is The Rialto Report, who has many interviews with retired adult actresses, most who disclose who they are but a few that are anonymous.

I had no bad intentions with this question. I guess I can see your point because someone else reading the answers could somehow track down where they work and tell employers, or whoever, that they were porn performers. Though why anyone would want to do that is beyond me. The Rialto Report---I have listened to half or more of their podcasts---is fantastic, but they are dealing with porn stars from way back in the past. I am wondering about more recent porn girls. There are a couple of documentaries made on this subject but I cannot find them online.
On the other hand, I guess their occupations could be just about anything, just like "straight people." So maybe it's not that great of a question.

Like Flash I think the topic is Ok as long as poster says what the Ex-pornstar does now generally but not mention the location in case the ex-pornstar doesn't want to have it hinder their present career with people trying to find them now. Like "She is now in real estate" or "She works as a waitress". And that's it.

I hope you didn't think I was trying accuse you of any nefarious intentions because I don't believe that's where you were coming from but what can sometime look like an innocent inquiry can quickly become a problem if the person reading the shared info uses it to track down a favorite of his. All the performers Flash named have been retired for a very long time and most of what he offered can easily be found on the net but I dare say that many of the ones that followed them managed to disappear into suburbia without any trace.
Ultimately many ex-performers go and find normal jobs just like the rest of us or some of them marry, have children and then play the role of stay at home mothers.
