Max Hardcore has three scenes (that I know of) that are high-risk scenes shot in bathrooms on commercial airliners. In these scenes, it looks like Max has specifically selected seats near the back of the aircraft and close to the rear bathrooms.

Layla Rivera has two scenes. One is in Universal Max 3. Max and Layla chat on the aircraft and then we see Layla grab a different outfit (a bikini) and head back to the bathrooms. Max joins her and starts filming a scene.

They eventually switch to vaginal sex, and the scene finishes with Layla squatting down to take a facial. Of the scenes, this is the tamest even though it is still very risky.

Layla shoots another scene with Max in Universal Max 9. They are on a flight to Portugal and openly talk about joining the Mile High Club before heading back to one of the bathrooms. This scene has Layla giving Max head and getting face fucked. The sex starts out as vaginal but transitions to anal. Layla squats on the floor while Max comes on her face.

This doesn't fit with what you are looking for, but I'll mention it here anyway in case anyone reading this is interested. While in Portugal, Max and Layla take the Telecabine Lisboa which is about a 10-minute gondola ride. When Max is describing this to the camera, he says something like, "And if you're lucky, you'll even get your cock sucked." Max and Layla have the gondola car to themselves and that's exactly what happens. There are shots where Max is standing on the floor and Layla is kneeling on one of the seats giving head while (presumably occupied) gondola cars going in the opposite direction go by probably no more than 20 feet away.

This scene is utterly insane. I can tell you how crazy it is, but words don't do it justice. Max and summer are on a flight to Brazil and head to one of the rear bathrooms to join the Mile High Club. Summer gets absolutely destroyed in this scene. If you are familiar with Max's work, you'll know that the scenes can get messy. Deep face fucking can cause mascara to run. There is lots of drool. Unlike the Layla Rivera scenes which are relatively tame by Max's standards, this one is pure Max. Summer endures a relentless throat pounding which makes a mess of her and then moves on to anal sex with ass-to-mouth. I must have the American version of this scene because I think the European version may have included puking. I can only assume that Max and Summer were in the bathroom for the better part of an hour and even when they were finished, it would take Summer a while to make herself presentable again.

There is an honourable mention also with Summer Luv on Planet Max 17. This scene is out of sync with the airplane scene in Planet Max 20, because this scene was shot in Brazil where the scene released in volume 20 would have been shot on the trip down to Brazil.

This scene is shot in a helicopter as it flies over Brazil. Max has also chartered a second helicopter to shoot from a distance. The scene opens with Summer in a van, presumably driving to the airport, where she says something like, "I always knew porn would be an uplifting experience."

Max and Summer board a helicopter that has the right rear door removed. Max and Summer go through the typical Max scene with face fucking, including upside down face fucking, anal sex, ass-to-mouth, and a facial finish. I'm not so sure I would want to participate in a scene in a helicopter flying probably a thousand feet or more above the ground with one of the doors removed. When the scene begins and Max is sitting, he's belted in, but summer is kneeling on the helicopter floor giving Max head with no restraint. Likewise, when the sex begins, neither of them are belted in.

If there are better Mile High Club scenes, I hope someone lets us know. I'm with you that I find the staged scenes on aircraft to be boring. They are just straightforward scenes that could have been shot in any other setting more easily. But for Max, Layla, and Summer to film scenes in a commercial airliner filled with paying passengers is something I've never seen before or since. And the Summer Luv scene is utterly insane.

My question was spurred by a clip I saw on one of the sites we can't talk about here -- I can't remember which one, not that it really matters. The girl and the guy climbed into a twin-engine prop plane, the pilot took off, and they did the deed at altitude. I think it was shot in Colombia.

I did a little Googling and found an outfit in Vegas that will take you to the required altitude and provide a certificate upon landing. I think it's $1,200. That sounds cool and affordable, but you have to bring your own companion, which would up the cost for me. :) I'm kinda surprised there aren't many mainstream or even OF scenes like that. Perhaps there are some FAA rules involved.
