Dr. P will be giving me beautiful new silicone gel implants on June 7. I am so excited ....I am going to Carmen Luvana's dr so I will be well taken care of. I know a little something about this because my sister wanted implants and I did lots of research. Saline implants are supposed to be the safest. Pulling silicone implants from the market was just a kneejerk reaction to claims that they were a problem. Click to expand Lots of women say they have had compilcations that can only be traced to silicone implants. They could all be lying, but I'm not going to make that judgement because I don't know for sure. "Proof" is always debatable in health related issues anyway. Just ask Gulf War vets about that. It's a fact that anytime you have surgery their is a risk, and no one's knows for sure how your body will react to such things. I'm sure Alana is a smart woman and she knows all the risks. Not to mention that the body may even reject it. And let's not forget that silicone bags can rupture even if rare. Aside from the complications, once you go under the knife there's no stopping. The body goes through a natural aging process. Breast implants will always retain shape, not keeping in proportion to everything else. A neighbor of mine who has implants regrets ever getting them. Sure, she's attractive for her age, but already had to have a reduction in size on account of her age and ever-changing proportion. Taking them out all together, well that's not such a good idea either - you'll be so out of wack. Hey, if people want 'em, go for it. But just make sure you take into consideration the long term ramifications. A little research and a lot of common sense go a long way my friends.
