DukeAbercrombie Deactivated User 180 Posts 9/03	Posted - Oct 31 2003 : 11:44PM i was reading some old threads and i found it ludicris that people who obviously do not like certain movies are quick to shut them down and condemn the maker. your opinion is your opinion, thats fine, but to enforce your stupid beliefs and prudeness on others is discusting. you have super ultra violent/tasteles movies like (texaschainsaw, scarymovie, lotr, matrix, killbill) and not one person bats an eye. ultra realistic and violent video games. professional sports like boxing and profootball where men are paid millions to kill eachother. maryln manson, eminem, christina agulara and britney spears, all who would have been stoned to death already if not for those who opened the doors that came before them. in the 50s, it was deemed tasteless to wear bikinis or dressed that showed too much skin, in the 70s, you have larry flynt, sent to jail and shot in the back- paralizing him, because a few deemed him tasteless for making a magazine. do you think it was right for prudes to take away his freedom of speech back then? yeah, so a couple likes to pee on eachother during sex. i dont care, i wouldnt do it but i wouldnt send them to jail. a guy likes to get bjs and have his gf give him anal sex. whatever. then you have consentual partners slapping eachother, spanking eachother and a little hairpulling. oh shit, i hate that stuff so lets send them to jail? what is this, america or communist china? are you the mind police? we are all in the same boat, we all enjoy porn, its needless to attack eachother when there are already governments and senators working to censor us. yea yea, I dont like gay porn. i hate gay porn, thats why i dont buy it. same of any other silly fetish like feet porn, or fat midgets pron. just because you dont like to watch slaphappy where contenting adults have rough sex, dont take it away from me you mother focks. fock!!!!! Click to expand As far as I'm aware Brandon has himself made it clear that the problem with the Slap Happy series was that large numbers of distributors and retailers shied away from it. Moreover I believe I am right in saying it was he who 'took this series away from you' as these problems made the line relatively unprofitable. That said, I rather enjoyed the Slap Happy stuff I've seen. The films seemed to be the sexual equivalent of 'Jackass' or the once famous Japanese gameshow 'Endurance'. SNP. [Link]
