I refuse to believe anybody did a proper run-through of this title before sending it to the replication plant for mass distribution. Where do I begin? The biggest problem is definitely the missing camera angles and scenes. Nearly every position is missing an angle or two. Take the Oral Sex sequence for example. Select "Pop" and you're treated to the cumshot... from what is clearly supposed to be the alternate, second angle. The camera is off to the side, and Alektra is most definitely not making eye contact with the camera. A tap of the "Angle" button on my remote brings up the message: "Angle 1 of 1". That's right, the POV angle is nowhere to be found. This problem occurs multiple times throughout the disc. Some scenes have the indicator for multiple angles (the word "Angle" appears in the upper left corner of the screen), but there are none to be found when you hit the "Angle" button. The Cowgirl sequence has its own share of problems. When you're dealing with fully nude Alektra (i.e. not wearing a fetish outfit), it appears that the option for vaginal intercourse is completely missing. When you select "Cowgirl", you get anal sex with Alektra on top. When you select either "Pop" or "Creampie", you're suddenly fucking Alektra's pussy for a few seconds before the cumshot. In other words, you can't have a nude Alektra bounce her pussy on you for more than a few seconds, and you also can't cum in and/or on her asshole. Only in the porn biz can I get away with saying, "Now that's just messed up." There's also problems with the audio, whether it's wildly uneven between scenes or out of synch with the on-screen action. I was willing to excuse a couple, isolated glitches here and there. But there's just too many in this title to ignore. What actually makes matters worse is the fact that Alektra and crew shot an incredibly gorgeous and sexy POV film. As cliche as it sounds, Alektra has never looked better. The vision of her riding you in a schoolgirl uniform is one I won't soon forget. Also enjoyable is the video production diary on Disc 2. There's some great footage of Alektra as she preps for photo shoots and sex scenes while goofing off in front of the camera. Unfortunately, as spectacular as the footage is in this title, it's hard to enjoy when the "Interactive" part of the title is so royally screwed. 3rd Degree needs to correct these mistakes and release a fixed version to replace the defective product they're currently selling. The footage in this title is too good and deserves a better release than this. [Link] |
