The trio did another scene for him in Animal Trainer 2 (at least it is #2 on DVD, might have been the mixed up scene originally on #1 for VHS, regardless, it is at the 1998 Erotica Show in Prague). The TAS5 scene is found on DVD in edited form in Rocco's Best Buttfucks.
