I also don't think that getting implants 'damages' a career as much as pat thinks. There are as many successful careers after as there are careers that ended not long after (and implants may or may not have been the reason). Sure, she may lose some fans, but she will also gain some. It would also make her available for sites and series that feature big tits.
For me, it makes no difference as I like both natural and enhanced tits. I feel that she should do what makes her happy. But of course, there is the possibility that implants don't make her as happy as she hopes, which is why it would be a big decision.
