There is something about the scene that is relatively rare. It starts out with Alison being interviewed where she says that she has done anal in her personal life but then jokes that she usually needs a shot or two of tequila and she can't do that at work. Alison's male talent, Small Hands, arrives and the interview continues for a bit.

What makes this scene unusual is that it isn't a scene with any kind of a plot and it isn't gonzo either. It's hard to describe, but the way the scene is set up and filmed, Alison really is in control and it's all about this being her first on-screen anal scene. It's staged, and I mean that in a deliberate and good way.

Alison is in control and she's the one calling the shots on the scene. She tells when she wants to switch positions. I don't want to leave anyone with the impression that this is somehow mechanical, because it isn't. The scene is incredibly hot.

No director is credited which leads me to think that Alison was the creative force behind this as well. If that's true, then she has made some great choices in how to structure this. (I've written before that I find Alison's acting to be excellent, so it wouldn't surprise me to learn that she was the director and creative force behind this.)

Others may completely disagree. It may be that others would prefer to see a plot-based scene or something where the camera/viewer wasn't so intimately invited into it. From my perspective, there is a unique kind of intimacy here. It's almost as if Alison has decided to do this anal scene and has invited some of her fans to watch.

I'm probably not even coming close to doing the scene justice. For me, as a fan of "fly on the wall" BTS, I found the choice to film in this way to be excellent. I'm not aware of any other first anal scenes that did it this way.
