Joined Naughty America today and found out that in January Allison did two new scenes for them, in January 2010. The best part is that she truly looks better now than she did 10 years ago and she was fuckin amazing then. Hopes she stays around awhile. She is one of my favorites.

I'm a huge Alison Kilgore ever since she started, mostly doing Rodney Moore movies. It's great to see her back in action and indeed looking great!

Would like to get hold of Allison Kilgore's first ever scene in Sex Offenders 5 (1998, Wicked Pictures) but it doesn't seem to be available anywhere, not even on Wicked's site.

^ Not that this helps you, but at least it eliminates one place for you to check - I have a membership at a Marc Dorcel site called Xillimité that offers streaming-only access to about 3500 movies. Wicked has at least a few hundred titles there so I checked and the movie you're looking for isn't listed there.

I'm sure you checked IAFD already too, and there are no listed VOD/DVD vendors listed there.
