Don't know if this interests you, but the Euro versions I have seen (volumes 1 till 5) contain fisting and pissing.

I did see the german versions (from Tabu), but I really don´t remember any fisting or pissing scenes therein.

The Dutch versions, released by a distribution company called Millenium, which I believe is the same company as Extasy. I haven't seen anything new from them in maybe 3 years.
