I am assuming that these will be Forbidden Letters and Passing Strangers since restored versions of these two films have been streaming on PinkLabel.TV since last summer. [Link]

They are having an upcoming showing of LA Plays Itself and Sextool. [Tweet is no longer available] In the Twitter comments, they were asked if there would be an upcoming disc release. Since then, they have set up a teaser page for The Fred Halstead Collection listing LA Plays Itself, Sextool, and Sex Garage as being in the upcoming set. [Link]

The release contains 4K scans of LA Plays Itself, Sextool, and Sex Garage. The listing also lists Truck It (8mm Loops & VHS rip) as an extra. P.S. In case my earlier post is confusing, this release of LA Plays Itself includes Sex Tool, which is not to be confused with the earlier Sex Garage! I hope that the Halsted collection does well enough that we'll get more gay classics from VS and Altered Innocence. Elizabeth Purchell has a print of the gay Exorcist film Sex Demon which sounds amazing. A release of a decent or restored print of Roger Earl's Born to Raise Hell, among many other classics would be a dream too. As far as I know none of the 70s Jaquar features havehad legit releases either. [Link]

I was working on a review when my old computer died and I lost everything on it (I found out the backup system failed about 3/4 of a year prior and never notified me). I never did rewrite it. [Link]
