Am I being discriminated against by a porn site?

dom dome Doug V 50 Posts 1/11	Posted - Jun 13 2011 : 5:25PM Did you know it is illegal and discrimination if a person went to Mcdonalds restaurant and placed the order but they didn't treat him with equality and refused to serve him? Well placing porn orders on-line shouldn't be any different as I believe its possible that a certain porn site doesn't want me as a customer for whatever reason they have and fuc around with the orders I place. Heres what I been experiencing the past many years- After I place an order, usually they ship within 3 days and if a dvd is out of stock they'll send you an email. A number of times after I place an order 1 or 2 weeks go by and the order is not shipped. I then send an email which they reply and say either my visa card was declined or 1 or more dvds are not in stock when the site always indicated they were. If my visa was declined or a dvd is out of stiock they were suppose to send me an email immediately but they dont and of the times they said my visa was declined was due to me providing an incorrect expiration date so they say? Through the years I returned about 6 dvds to this adult site due to the discs not loading or pausing and playing on their own. After the 6th dvd I returned they sent me an email explaining that their return rate is only 1% and they are very surpirsed im having such a problem. Theyre blaming me when theyre the ones sending the the defective discs from their suppliers. 3 months ago I returned another defective dvd and it should only take 3 to 5 days to reach their department from where I live. 3 weeks go by and after I email them they informed me they never received it yet. Another week goes by and after I asked them again by email they finally said they recieved it and a month and a half later is when they finally shipped me the replacment which was 2 weeks ago. But the new problem is I never recieved that replacement dvd from them yet and after I talked to them on the phone they said it was shipped with a tracking number but was not delivered yet to my home when I sould of receieved it 10 days ago. Is the post office now fucing with me too or do they know some guy in the post?. I placed a new order 2 weeks ago and now theyre at it again with me. I phoned them last Tuesday and asked why it wasnt shipped out yet and asked them to please treat with equality as all their other customers. He told me on the phone that a dvd is out of stock when its indicated on their site its very available and when once again they never emailed me about that. He then said whats available will be shipped by Thursday. Guess what? Todays Monday and it was not shipped out yet. Honestly are they fucing with me? I do tend to have a phobia of people and do stay in doors quite alot and do suspect that im being tracked or gang stalked to some extent when leaving my home due to very often seeing the same car passing by the same corner of a road when I visit my parents house. In fact it was even told to me by a prostitute that a secret agent is tracking me by phone. I do have a fear of answering my door including getting mail when its sent by tracking or when my signatuire is required so I think its possible some words are being spoken about me through the phone or internet lines including to Canada Post and thats why im being discrininated against by this porn site which I rather not mention their name because I fear they would discontinue me as a customer if they ever found out about this thread against their evil and hatred. All he said in court was that he just wanted to be served donuts and coffee and the judge awarded him that right or that donut shop would loose their license because thats discrimination. So for you to tell me to find another porn site would be NO DIFFERENT then telling that mentally challenged guy to go find another donut shop. Get it? [Link]

If they say we simply dont like YOU, and you are not allowed to be here (not allowed to buy/order from us), then thats ok by law. Its just like any other business, they can refuse service to you. Porn isnt any different....but, I would say go else where also. -And they are not refusing service, just giving it to you really slow...so, you cant sue them for not letting you shop with them, they are letting you. Every single person is allowed to place orders on line and in a fast food joint and be treated with equaility and respect. If they are refused, they have the right to sue for possible discrimiantion. For this porn site to send me the orders weeks late may be in fact a form of discrimination if theyre doing this on purpose and a way to fuc with me. In fact its possible even Canada post is fucing with me. They sent that replacement dvd by tracking which I do have the tracking number and it should of only taken 3 days for me to get it, but its been 2 weeks and was not delivered yet as the tracking number specifies. It is still private property - they can ask you to leave at anytime, even if its "open to the public". And as far as the site "fucing" with you, maybe your such a problem they really dont want you as a customer? But, even if they do send you stuff late and slow, you cant sue them for it. You would have to prove that you are the only person that ever gets stuff sent to them slow or late....and good luck with that. Otherwise they can simply say that it happens and that business - because it is. If you dont like the way they run their site, you are free to go else where. Click to expand Thats why we have the internet to prevent such possible discrimination of online stores purposely taking forever to send orders or not fullfilling them. BUT this protection is not really available yet at this time because from what I can see there is NO website online where I can submit ALL this info of the orders I placed taking forever to be shipped including the dvds they claim are out of stock when they may be in stock. Or is there such a site who handle these complaints or similar kinds, there should be. [Link]

If there was a protection from discrimination site where I could submit the order I placed from that site, they can keep a record as to how long that online store takes to process and ship my order compared to all the other customers world wide during the same time period. Then they would contact them and ask why do you take 3 weeks to ship Domenic's orders(and also a guy named Henry for example) when you take 3 days to ship everyone else's? That reason alone should be legal enough for the fucers to loose their online business license. In regards to the supposedly out of stock dvds they claim when their site says in stock, if this protection site kept a record as to how many of those dvds that the site claims to be out of stock are sold to other customers world wide during the same time period I placed the order then it would prove for a fact that they shipped those dvds to other customers as they informed me they were out of stock. That would also prove they didnt treat me with equality and should also loose their license over that. I think Visa should be doing all of this to be honest. They only handle claims after I paid for the merchandise but it is equally imnportant when sites refuse to charge my visa and not fullfill the contract of an order for whatever reason they have against the person. Maby the owner there thinks i buy to many dvds from his site as I have about 500. But its not his fucing concern as to how many i buy. Im 45 and can only pop my load once every 3 or 4 days and I buy many dvds only to discover the very best low camera angles of females as I search the picture screen samples of dvds, and there like 1000's of em. I dont get off 10 times per dvd, I only pick my very favorite scene which i write down on paper and kept within dvd case and use it once every 3 or 4 days, then its 69 fun with my service lady on the 9th. Its no ones goddam business what my sex life is, if I place an order, SHIP IT AND SHUT THE FUCK UP ABOUT IT, muthafockas especially of the fact that i may spend hours looking for video picture screen samples just to find out the best camera angles that would give me the biggest pop and after I did all that hard work and finally place the order, the fuckers dont want to ship it out. But there should be sites to handle such situations. Not fullfilling an order of contract or not shipping it or taking forever to ship it should be taken as seriously as when they charge your visa and refuse to ship it. Because either way they fuck with you and shouldnt be allowed by law to operate an online business that way because I have took my time and placed an order of contract in trust with their online business hoping they would process it and ship it on time which they have failed the contract even though my visa wasnt charged yet, they still have failed my order contract and like i said visa and law should equally take that as seriouslt as if they charged me and didnt ship order and i mean it because by not having such a law would mean online sites can fuc with whomever they please and get away with being racists and prejudice for whatever reason they have against someone.
