Darkmage: Great call and very close (it's The Opening of Misty Beethoven). Not only is it my #2 favorite porno of all time, but it does have Constance Money giving it to a guy with a strap-on. Unfortunately, it's not on DVD yet.

Saki: Masseuse 2 is out on DVD and has a short scene with Ashylyn Gere (?) and some guy... I remember seeing the VHS years ago and rememeber the scene quite clearly... just not the details. Anyway, I do know that it's out on DVD now.

With regard to Masseuse 2, the strap on dildo scene is certainly NOT in the catalog version. Unfortunately, it's been a while since I've seen the original, so my recollections of it are pretty vague. However, the catalog version cuts from Asia Carrera fucking Steven St. Croix back to Ashlyn's scene with the guy doing her in a missionary position. No strap on work to be seen.

I just checked on my DVD copy of Masseuse 2: the entire strap-on scene is indeed intact. The running time of the DVD, from opening to end of credits is 87.75 minutes.
Anyway, this topic is like learning a new vocabulary word--all of a sudden you notice it appearing a lot more often! The last two or three DVDs I've watched have guys getting it up the butt from girls. Yes, it seems to be a new trend... I receive a catalog from Good Vibrations and about a year ago I notice a listing for a video that they sell called 'Bend Over Boyfriend'. In my last catalog there was a "Bend Over Boyfriend 2: More Rockin' Less Talkin'". I discussed this option with my husband and he seems to be totally against it. It is becoming popular though.
