I am so shaken by this.

I first met Amari at AVN 2016 and interviewed her soon afterwards. We have kept in contact ever since. I knew about her substance abuse problems and other issues. She was such a kind and loving person but just had some demons. She just texted me about a month ago when she was going through some problems but then assured me everything was alright.

Rest in peace, Amara.

Wow, this was not what I was expecting to read when I saw there were new posts in this thread. This is terrible news. Not that there is any good time for something like this to happen, but to have this happen at Christmas is terrible for her family. Very sad for someone so young.

This is very sad news.

I always felt like Amara was underrated in the industry ... and I thought she was special.

While it is always a tragedy for someone to die so young ... it will now be a part of her family's every December going forward.

Condolences to them...
