Reality Kings has a series called First Time Auditions that has fresh girls who have little to no experience when they performed in this series. Some went onto become stars while others are one shot wonders. This series is now up to around volume #21 and still growing. The Reality Kings website should carry them.
Adam & Eve studio put out a series called Amateur Angels with many girls who have limited experience in adult films and are paired with male porn stars. The titles Real Sex Magazine has a lot of Pro-Am action too. I can't find a site that allows these latter two titles to view but you can find the releases from DVD rental and sales sites.
