I've never purchased anything from them so I can't attest to their customer service. However, I don't think I've ever heard a complaint about them either.

They are not so competitive now because international shipping is expensive compared to other retailers. They used to use FedEx and it was impossible to avoid duty charges. It just got too expensive. Having a quick look they charge $8.75 per order plus $3.75 per item for international shipping a bit pricey when Laseredge charges $2.99 per order. [Link] |
