We have a hardwired part of her body that's going to respond to a massive exaggeration of the female parts regardless of how ridiculous they are. And of course as it's mentioned she's a truly beautiful woman she has an amazing charisma, sultry eyes, unique exotic face and pretty much regardless of all the artificial accoutrements, part of that natural beauty always comes through.
