What I really hate are the DD and larger grotesqueries. These look like single D's. Main problem is they aren't shaped quite right. A bit too large for her frame also. Not horrible, but easily seen as fake. They are a bit too wide. And a bit too straight out. The curve isn't quite right. Breast jobs to create large C or small D breasts, with a natural early 20's C cup upturned shape, can be great. All plastic surgeons should study the shape of Laure Sainclair's breasts. It is possible to add a few CC's to that (careful don't overdo it), but the shape is perfection. And so is the size so far as I'm concerned. But hey, I'm flexible. Up to a point. High end Beverly Hills and Manhattan and some other places plastic surgeons do tend to suggest or gravitate towards these aesthetics, and results, but it's not the usual job in this country.
