I think it's clear that Amber was much more than a porn star & it's also true that she made a positive impact in people's lives. It's a shame that she's gone now however I want to remember her for being a woman with a bright light & positive energy.
I never got paid for any of the shoots. He just sold the content and did not pay me for it. This doesn't mean that Amber had the same experience but this guy is a real scum bag. I doubt that the website will be taken down.
^Sorry to hear that Katja :( I try and support legit websites or the "bigger" ones like Hard X, Brazzers, and Elegant Angel in hopes they give you hardworking performers fair rates. Also thank you so much for all the work you've provided us fans you're a true legend in my book.
For those who complain about the website still online despite her death I just see that the website is still online but trhe worst thing is that you can get 30% discount if you join it now!! A discount because she died? There are no words to describe this kind of things!

The webmasters who operate a lot of the porn performers websites have a history of being dirtbags. There are many sites from long since retired performers that still have their paywall up ready to take someone's money. And a lot of these guys never pay the women the agreed fees or revenues, and make up excuses, bogus expenses, etc. It is a mess for the most part. I am sure whomever owns Amber's site made a few signup dollars recently. The women should only open a personal pay site if they own the content, the domains, the URL, etc..... It is fine to hire a webmaster just have this person work for you.. don't sign over any control or power to them no matter what they promise. Period.
Amber was truly one of the great adult film actresses of all time. Her intensity in every performance was palpable. She may not have been everyone's cup of tea, but she did anal, facials, gang bangs, swallowing, S&M, blowbangs, etc. What more can you ask for?
For what it's worth (and I'm not sure how big of an honor it is), I was shocked to see she is not among the performers in the AVN Hall of Fame. If ever there was a Hall of Fame performer, Amber was it.
