It's got a modeling lamp on it that you can use that I'm pretty sure you can set as constantly on. It matches the aperture/light intensity that you set the flash at. I'm not 100% sure if it's the same color temperature as the flash, but I BELIEVE you can buy different bulbs for the modeling lamp. I'm not fully sure about that though. Looking at their hardware page, they don't have replacements for the modeling lamp on those (which are usually incandescent bulbs I think), so they might just use the actual flash for the modeling lamp, which is 5600K I believe. That's about equivalent to unfiltered, strong sunlight. When I get mine in and I can be more specific and let you know. That'll probably be a week or two though. I'm getting it mainly for photography, but if it's good for video too, then I'll be super happy about it.  [Link] |
