Over the last few months, I went ahead and ordered from four different international sellers, to buy a few DVDs from each that I couldn't find to purchase in the U.S.

With ongoing issues with shipping from Europe to the U.S., shipping for the DVDs I did receive typically took 2-3 months, whether it was Jeedoo or XJuggler or OpenErotik.

Then there was DVDland.it.

There was one Marc Dorcel title they claimed that they had in stock that I really wanted and couldn't find elsewhere. To help alleviate the excessive shipping for a single DVD, I ordered two other less expensive DVDs for the same overall price in shipping.

When I ordered, I never received a tracking number, something the other three sellers offered, which allowed me to have an idea of when I'd be getting my DVDs.

I didn't bother to reach out to them until about 2 1/2 months after the order, based on my experience with the other sellers, knowing the DVDs wouldn't come quickly. When I reached out the first time via email, I was told that the shipment would be arriving "soon." Another month passed, I emailed again. Got the same answer. Another month passed, same answer. When I still didn't get my DVDs after nearly six months, I reached out to my credit card company, expecting to dispute the charge, only to be told that a pending charge never went fully through. Only to reach out one last time to the seller with DVDland.it, and they said that they didn't have one of my ordered DVDs in stock at the time of my order, and had never sent out any part of the order in the first place. Not that they had told me that at any point over the previous five months. After that experience, I would avoid purchasing from them, if you were considering it.
