All I said what that it's rude. You hide behind the anonymity of an interrname in a consequence-free environment to spout negative opinions about the permanent decisions other people have made without opening yourself up to the same criticism.
If you were out in a strip club and said the same shit you'd be an asshole. And maybe you are. That's your right as well. But don't act like just because you can do something that you should.
Anyway, my main point was that the reason that most girls in porn have tattoos is because the meek girl without the commitment necessary to make a permanent tattoo decision? She doesn't do porn. Maybe, if you think you can own everybody with a dollar, you can ask her to.

^ Your second post on this topic doesn't make any more sense than your first. You should have quit while you were behind. Your comment about the meek don't get tattoos is pure and utter nonsense. I know a dozen girls with tats and none of them have any desire to fuck 5 guys on camera. And what does that make a girl in porn without tats? Gutless?
And your comment about hiding behind anonymity? If you feel that way, why don't you list your full name and address as your user name. Until you do, please, just stop talking...

I wish I could be there the day the regret sets in...., you would think most people would at least listen to elders. I have dozens of friends with dozens of tattoos and ALL of them resent at least one if not all of their tattoos.

^Andy San Dimas said she regrets all of hers. Lots of people do actually as some Dermatologists spend all their time using a laser machine these days.

I have to say some of the tattoos I see are pretty distracting. I just got a dvd with Tessa Taylor. What a cutie, but that big dark tattoo of lips on her hand. Oy vey.

When students ask for career advice indicating they want to veer toward medical, that is what I tell them to get into, and move into or near a big city. A good dermatologist slinging the laser will have career security for decades to come.

Don't get me wrong Alt chicks and girls like Mason Moore are hot but I really hope I live long enough to see them at 60. I have never seen a woman with that many tattoos in old age.

This is practically why I started this topic. Shes pretty but these tattoos are hideous. She has "Rippin" on her left butt cheek and "Killin" on her right. What the fuck? Come on you can't tell me thats meaningful. And as for 2 9mm pistols on her chest??!! I'd rather shoot my baby batter looking at another babe

I don't know that gal is committed to it. The real crimes are the one or two very garish ones, like moustaches on the mona lisa. When I think of the topic, still the green goblin on the back of Sindee Jennings pops in my head.

As a girl who got into porn AFTER being heavily tattooed, this thread makes me very sad to know how close minded so many people STILL are. I don't like a lotta things about ALOT of people, but you don't hear me railing on them do ya? It's called RESPECT people... And this is the future. Most people these days are tattooed, so get with the times and either deal with it and stop insulting people mindlessly, or do it in a place where girls who are getting their feelings hurt can't read it. DUH.

It's called an opinion we are allowed one and so are you. Like your opinion "Most people these days are tattooed", it has to be just an opinion because it sure as hell isn't a fact.

You shouldn't be so sensitive. I like some tattoo's on some girls. It all depends on how they were them. Don't let strangers hurt your feelings. I think the people posting about the tattoo's just don't like being into a star and then having that star get some horrible tattoo's. No not all ink is bad ink but I myself have seen some ink and all I can do is scratch my head. Some girls should not get some of the ink that they do. But hey it's their bodies and they can do whatever they like to it. But I know if I don't like it I just don't buy it. I'm sure there are plenty that will like it so i have a pretty good feeling that the star won't even notice that I stopped buying product with them in it. So try not to get hurt by this tread. I feel consumers should be able to voice their opinions but in a polite way. And since you don't like it you have voiced yours. Have a good night Skin Diamond

You're the proud covergirl of a magazine called BIZARRE and you're upset about what we think of your tattoos? Really???
I supposed you've never been to a basketball game and yelled at the ref for making a bad call? Or if you did, you'd have no problem with him stopping the game, coming into the crowd and saying "hey I don't come to where you work and criticize you, do I. It's called RESPECT people".
You're in a business where people are going to comment on your appearance because your job is to look hot and people comment on how other people do their jobs, always have, always will. Get used to it or stay behind the camera.
And just for the record regarding your comment that "this is the future", technically it can't be because the future hasn't occurred yet, that's why it's called the future. This is the present. It's like that story about the sign in the bar "Free Beer Tomorrow"...but we'll save that for another time. In the meantime love to your relatives Conflict Diamond and Pear Shaped Diamond.

Same with porn fans, how often do we like the whole package?

I like the hip, but the lower leg is disappointing.

By the year 2050, it will be taught in public schools that people with tattoos are born that way.

When people are saying that girls with tattoos are ugly, that is not an opinion. Unless the girl herself actually IS ugly.. Tattoos don't make people ugly. It makes them less attractive in the eyes of some people, but not ugly. Choose your words wisely.

When people say that girls with tattoos are ugly of course I'm gonna be a little offended. I'm heavily tattooed, does this mean I'm ugly? I don't think so. You're right, I'm a proud cover girl who has modeled for mainstream designers like Louis Vuitton & American Apparel. Ugly girls don't do that do they? Point made.
I'm just stating that maybe you guys should choose your words a little more wisely than state that girls getting tattoos makes them ugly. That is all. =)

That's why I only like temporary tattoos. Especially the scratch and sniff ones.
Nice to see the same things are still going on here when I come back. In all seriousness though. I do have to agree with the thread title. Some girls have lost their minds with the tattoo thing but to each his own. While I have stated before what my stance is on tattoos I won't rehash it again. I will say that everyone is entitled to the freedom of speech and as long as it adheres to the forum policy and isn't completely disrespectful I see nothing wrong. This thread is actually a lot more polite than some of the other tattoo thread in the past.

This picture would be a perfect example on why people ralley against tats. This woman, who might be very nice for all I know, effectly ruined any chance of me ever checking out her work because of this ink. Now I know she'll be upset at that, but I guess I might be able to live. I mean seriously, what would prompt someone to get some ink like this?

Errr I haven't implied that tattoos make a girl ugly, in fact I haven't used the word 'ugly' until this post.
What I am saying is there are multiple starlets in the adult industry with HIDEOUS tattoos and should make an appointment to have them removed. The bottom line is that a girls success in this industry relies 100% on how attractive they are to the consumer. Not what they will and will not do, or how many cocks they can fit in their ass.
Several of the fans appear to agree with me.
I like Jandi's back piece but not the one on her chest. I like Adrianna's ankle work but not on her thigh. This is called an OPINION or PERSONAL PREFERENCE.
There are 100s of porn stars who's work I'll never see and that has nothing to do with whether or not they have tattoos. Its because there are just as many I will jerk off to who I find attractive, because it's my OPINION if they are or are not. We're paying for a product and if we don't like it we'll express ourselves.

It's kind of funny that Skin would make herself the voice of the "opposition". While she has got multiple tattoos, she's not nearly as heavily covered as others that have been mentioned in this thread. I had never heard of her before reading her posts in this thread but in checking out a few of her scenes with kink.com, tattoos or not, I actually like her "look". She's got a really nice body and does a great DP. And thankfully, she'll never show up in any of the "when is she going to do anal?" threads. How's that for being openminded Skin?

I posted this months ago at the GFF forum, but it's worth reposting here:
If she has tattoos, she's never completely nude. She's wearing ink. Maybe that's why performers get tattoos.
This is by GFNews, the owner of GFF:
I don't find tattoos attractive. They are not feminine and they suggest that the girl is not considering her future when she may have a different view of tattoos. I've spoken to a lot of girls who have regretted getting them. Some girls tell me that they did it when they were partying and a little tipsy. Also, I've had several attractive girls tell me that they are doing mainstream modeling (such as fashion photos) that they couldn't do if they had tattoos. Lastly, it keeps them from ever doing Pin-up Girls. That may not be a life-ender, I can't tell you how many girls have wanted to be in that series but were refused due to tattoos or implants.

some girls can definitely go too far w/the ink. Glad to see most folks here agree.
One of my current faves who shall remain nameless, a relatively new talent intermittently active on the forum, has gone quite a ways toward spoiling herself in this regard. I was neutral on tats until seeing this.

I agree there have been some hot performers mentioned previously, but if they hit that "tipping point" for me not to buy their DVDs I won't. I remember a gal from a few years back named Tuesday Cross who I declined to buy her stuff because she had a really (to me) distracting tattoo on her sternum. I later saw her on a compilation DVD and thought she performed well her tattoo was still too bothersome for me to really get into her work. I've noticed a lot of porn directors seemingly try to hide some of the more questionable tattoos. If the gals have them so be it, but I think in general they are more limiting for their careers when they are too distracting.

+1 to the last two posts all valid points. I treat tattoo girls like any other DVD fetish tonight I am in the mood for a tattooed girl, tomorrow it will be a BBW, Wednesday it might be a MILF etc...Overall however a heavily tattooed girl will not make my everyday fantasy.

Not to be nasty. I find them unattractive. And I have never understood the craze they have become.
Why advertise? That's what they are to me. A form of advertisement saying here I am.

Allow me to comment then on your job then, which apparently is criticism. I find it small minded and arrogant. You have a low comprehension for logic and your analogies are shallow at best.
Unless you're a jerk, you wouldn't hate on a girl's tattoos to her face. If she wanted to dance for you at a strip club, would you just say no or would you launch into a complete review of her ink? What would be the point?
These aren't ball players or celebrities. Most of them will have to work real hard to clear six figures and it won't be for long. These are average people like you and me.
A lot of them read here, especially when you put their name in a thread. It's like talking shit to their face, but with none of the consequences. It's unnecessary and unconstructive, especially given that these aren't things they can improve on (without expensive long term treatment). The decision for them is made, and there's nothing noble in criticism for criticism's sake.
But carry on. It is the way.

People who want to see less ink in porn can do something about it, by getting involved in social activism. When sex in America stops being dirty, shameful, and bound by religion, and porn is as legitimate a career as teaching Sunday school, pornstars and strippers won't need their ink clothes anymore. I expect such social activism by porn fans to be approximately as effective as complaining about tats on a porn forum. For more immediate results, there is digital editing.

Girls with unnecessary tattoos:
All of them.
Seriously, ink has always been equated with either the badass or the trash. I hope to hell I live long enough to see nursing homes full of retards like Suicide Girls, Janine, Tera, etc, so I can laugh at them.
You all look revolting. Ink and bad implants is what drove me to JAV in the first place.

To Skin Diamond,
I think there are two different type of starlets with tats.
1. Starlets that came into the biz with tats. This I don't mind so much. If I find the tats too much, I just don't bother following or checking out that girl. Just my preference, no harm no foul. Take yourself, I've never known you without tats, so it's almost like I don't even notice them. I'm a fan of ladies like Joana Angel and Misty Dawn and my favorite, Allie Sin. Do I think they are too much, yes. But they are sexy despite them, so it's all good.
2. The 2nd type are established starlets that decided to get tatted up without any thought to how it might affect her fan base. Yes, it's the starlets body and she is free to do as she please but so are the fans. Some starlets get so many tats or huge tats that they almost look like different people. Julia Bond is a good example.I was a Julia Bond fan. I didn't dig the tats, so I stopped following her. Wished her the best and moved on. The Teen/Coed/Girl Next Door type starlet really need to realize this. If you're a true Teen star like Bree Olson or Lexi Belle, a big part of your appeal is your "freshness" or wholesome appeal. Tats kind of shut the door on that, IMO. So it should be something they think about before making that decision.
So, I think some of the people that don't like tats aren't always against all tats. I think there more so against drastic change.
