" - see Mr. judge in this scene where we have a double penetration there is a shirt with the Anabolic Trademark infringement ... " I think that process would be interesting.
I'm interested in the fact that Dion is an investor in PXP. Does that mean that one day in the future PXP and RLD might be under one roof? Or is Dion's investment not that large? Dion, are you trying to be the next Flynt?
SueR, I'm a pretty big invester in Platinum X Pictures, under the same roof the two companies maybe oneday, there is so many great directors out there today and between Red Light District and Platinum Pictures, I will hopefully beable to give these Directors rightfully what is theres ownership of there product, it's working great at Red Light District, and hopefully we can have the same sucess with Platinum, believe me, By me having this kind of business method, the end user, which is you, can only Win, you get the best of the best from these Directors, no matter what anyone says, no one does more for someone else than for himself, well at least that is how I feel, I may not get as rich as some of these companies are, but I feel pretty good about not having to answer to someone, and I feel even better about letting these Directors have more, share the wealth, how much do you really need, you can't take it with you, I've never seen a Brinks truck follow a Hurst yet.P.S. I'm not trying to be the next Flynt, I'm just trying to make a living like everyone else, Now if I could only get Tom Byron under my roof, that would make me happy.
You know I was an early supporter of RLD, and have greatly enjoyed many a fine DVD from you guys...
<deep breath>
Seeing is how I have pretty much experienced "porn burnout," and can not bring myself to watch it anymore, for now, I can truely say, that when I do decide to take up reviewing and watching again, RLD will be the same great quality, if not better, regardless of this situation, though I can't say the same about PXP, having not seen a single DVD from them. <catch breath>
i'm totally with tom on this one. i mean, the whole point of giving out tshirts is so that people would wear them and your logo would be seen, isn't it? i'd hope so. if anything, you'd think the pxp guys would have been the ones to be concerned about a logo in their video, not the other way around. but you know what, they didn't see it that way, cuz it would be so very fuckin lame if someone in porn were to have a tizzy over some free advertising. a polite phone call could have taken care of the matter just fine.
our industry in turmoil is just going to be an easier target for "the man" to come down on. so let's chant along with tom: CAN'T WE ALL JUST GET ALONG??!!!!
interestingly enough, whenever i give DVSX shirts to female talent, they almost always say something along the lines of "i'm gonna wear this to my next shoot."
Hi everyone! The only comment I have is this: When Steve Holmes and I shot this scene, we were still working for Anabolic. We kept this t-shirt in the scene to say "we work for another company, but we like your stuff." Now if they take it another way, O.K., it just confirms that they feel insecure with a new successfull company. If they still want to sue Steve Holmes and I, FUCK them.
Dion, I love ya, but I'm trying to create my own little empire here. I've always had respect for you and admired what you've been able to accomplish. I'm proud to say I was there when you started at Elegant.
You've got a really good thing going over there at Red Light- a model for a successful adult business. While I'm honored that you would want me on your team, I really want to explore the possibility of building my OWN business, crafted the way I want it to be. It's more of a challenge for me other than being another director for Red Light. Hope you understand.
But, I've said it before, if somehow this Evolution venture doesn't work out, (and all signs are indicating that it WILL!) yours will be the FIRST door I'll be bangin' on!
BTW, I'm finally set up in my new office.(where DVSX started out) Give me a ring, we'll do lunch! (818)678-6464
You're right. When all that Anabolic has done in response to losing every talented director that worked for them has been to hire a scary talent like you and sue their competition, "Fuck Anabolic" would be redundant.
If we're going to speculate and discuss, I'm all for it, but let's try not to fuel an inter-industry pissing match. I don't want to stifle discussion, I just want to keep it from getting personal.
Hey Constance & Tom, get your lawyers cause I heard Rodney King is sueing both of you for using his, "Can't We All Just Get Along"? LOL

Key question is do moderators on this board require moderating especially when they put out imbecilic posts like this? Here is my opinion, and I've met some of y'all, some of the moderators on this board are flat out scary people to begin with. It's like going to a virgin Star Trek convention.
I believe Manuel and Steve have the right to be annoyed. Cal444 and I are staying out of this one cause whatever happens is up to the top brass.
I talked to Steve Holmes earlier today who will drop by a couple of Platinum X shirts later which I will wear on my next shoot.
Bill, give in to the beastmaster. I can feel your anger.
..mmmmmmm Anabolic is still delivering good stuff my friend..Un-Natural Sex #9, Double Stuffed, Ass Cream Pies #2 are a few videos that come to mind. maybe you haven't seen them 'cos they are not on dvd yet but still, the good videos are there.
Thanx Wally, after all it's really all about the stroke isn't it? How far we can stray from the path. Told everybody Lewd 17 kicks ass, haven't heard shit about that. Focus people!
