They frequently have fresh attractive ladies but the guys in their videos ruin them. They really need to keep their mouths shut unless they're eating pussy. They say the dumbest things and ask the girls the dumbest questions. I saw one where a guy that was off camera asked the girl if her farts smelled bad while she was giving a guy head. Is this supposed to be erotic? I don't want to hear anyone talk about farts in a sex film! In most of their films they keep asking the girls questions while she's giving head. This results in her spending more time answering their moronic queries than actuall having sex.
I agree but it can only become better with guys like Erik Everhard, Lex Steel and Jon Dough not working for them anymore which means they will have to find some new guys to appear in their movies. The reason why I never liked Anabolic is because of these guys being in every movie again and again and again.
Wow, Ramsey. You really don't like these guys, do you? It's too bad cause I think that Erik and Lex are two of the best guys in porn today. What's more, I think they can both do a bang up job of directing too. Oh well, to each their own, I guess.
Completely agree. Everhard managed to ruin every scene in Sweet Cheeks. The only one worth watching was Bella. You couldn't even see Daniella Rush's standing DP due to poor lighting and bad camera placement.
Bad lighting is a problem throughout the industry, I saw lighting problems in Two In The Seat #3, and is one of the main reasons I'm not going to buy, not to mention the performances aren't that good, hate to say it but I was dissapointed in the Belladonna scene.

Some of JY LeCastel's Assman scenes are really screwed up by poor lighting. So you get insufficient contrast, colours that are not bright but look brownish, dark close-up shots. Why does Anabolic accept such material?
The guys, Erik, Lex, and Jon, the first two I met, and were extremely nice. Jon I can't say anything good, or bad about, other than the fact that he's a hairy one. These three guys have been around a while, and certainly have built up the reputation that serves them well.
Back onto the subject... I saw one where a guy that was off camera asked the girl if her farts smelled bad while she was giving a guy head.
...an interesting question to ask, but there's a time and a place for such talk, and it obviously didn't work out here.
It's been a while since I've seen a Ana/Diabolic DVD, but the ones I have seen, mainly Mike John's and Erik Everhard's, have been pretty excellent. Can't speak for all, but these two directors were the most consistent, at least for me.

I agree that bad lighting is a problem in the industry; but that's what you get when every swinging dick with a home video camera thinks he's Stagliano or the next JJ.
As for ragging on the male talent, man you guys pay way more attention to them than I do. LOL
I don't like them because they act like they're the big star and because they've been overused. Lex (like Sean Michaels) was great in the beginning but companies killed him by using him in every movie.
Actually, Jean Yves Lecastel's movies were the only movies I bought from Anabolic because I loved the scenes and the quality of the scenes he did.
Stagliano has often been imitated, never duplicated.
Lighting and camerawork is indeed a big problem for some directors, there are only a few directors who can work it all the way it should. Stagliano is of course the best but I also love Rodney Moore and Van Damage of course.
