hey there. having just watched 'lewd conduct 16' and 'spring chickens 4' - which i both enjoyed tremendously - i must wonder about the picture quality in actually most of the anabolic/diabolic titles. the picture's actually pretty clear, but the colors seem bland, pale and the overall impression is that it's a tad bit too dark also. now don't tell me to turn up my set's brightness, it's only the case with anabolic/diabolic titles. anyone else been having the same experience? cal444, do you think there could be done something about it? i just think the action and talent you guys got deserve better.
I agree. The lighting is poor. It's funny how with just about every girl that Anabolic shoots, it will be her worst appearance before the camera. Anabolic needs a new lighting crew. There is no excuse for this problem because there are plenty of new adult hardcore companies that offer excellent looking products. We expect more from an established company like Anabolic.
We've made major changes to our lighting scheme a sugggestion from our newest director/production manager, you'll see a marked difference in the near future.
Thanx for the heads up, problem already solved. Always appreciate any feedback. But if it 's negative go fuck yourself.

The new Lewd Conduct was not that good in my humble opinion. I would rate it a 3 out of 5.

Cal444 - you put out some great product, but Isb4203 or anyone else for that matter has the right to express his opinion without getting insulted if he doesn't like a particular movie. But Isb4203 - judging from Cal's heated reaction it sounds like you might have gone a bit over the top with your original post (didn't get chance to read it B4 you edited it). Best to keep criticism constructive, dude!

Cal, Sorry if you feel I slammed your company. But in my humble opinion your company hasn't been putting out videos on par with Evil Angel, Red Light and Platinum X. I am not slamming any current director on your roster, but I do feel you guys need to add some well known, veteran directors. You guys are like the Denver Nuggets a team full of rookies and you need to add some veteran to your lineup. I do not feel what I am saying is an insult. Sorry if you feel that way but what I am saying might be a wakeup call for the once mighty Anabolic.

Cal, All I am saying was there was a difference between the old Lewd Conduct and the new one. I preferred the old one better. I am not saying the new director is bad, but I preferred the old director. Just like I prefer Shaq playing for the Lakers instead of Vlade Divac. You got very defensive and negative over that? You need to calm down and think of ways to improve Anabolic.
Different directors will tend to have different styles that's the evolution of production. And I still don't understand you creating quotes to make me look goofy.

Oh, for the record, beside being a great director Mike John is a stand up guy I'd trust my life with. So you have me totally confused by this Chico vs Mike thing you've got going on. I collaberated with Mike on probably 95% of his entire catalog. Insulting Mike or his product would be to a large extent insulting myself.

Just in case you didn't notice this thread was directed to me the Post Production Supervisor of Anabolic/Diabolic video. You went off thread and for the record what you said was your original post before you retracted it is not even close to what you intimated in your original post. If you want to voice your opinion on who's the superior director you might want to go to the polls section that's designed for that sort of thing.
