I was under the impression that it was the first volume in what was going to be an ongoing series-not sure why it didn't happen. Perhaps Cal, Mike or Erik will see this thread & be able to give us the inside scoop. [Link]

They don't go out trying to make a Nice Rack or Cream of The Crop, but when they find a girl that is appropriate for one of (or both of) these series, they will shoot a scene with that girl. They will then put that scene aside for when they have enough scenes to make a full movie. [Link]
