I went to the site entered in my information (including credit card info) and clicked join. I was told my transaction was denied and was given no password or login info there on the site or in my e-mail. However... I go directly to my credit card statement and I see... 06/06/2009 20:18:36 ANABOLIC 661-621-9394 CHATSWORTH CA $-7.31 So they take my money and don't give me a password. And not only no info... They charged me twice for 2 trial memberships. They don't list they're credit card processor so I have no recourse to get my money back. I e-mail anabolics customer service and of course... no reply. Im shocked this would happen with a company so big in the industry. I would expect this from some spam related type site. But not these guys. This also happened to a friend last year as well. This company clearly doesn't care about them taking peoples money and giving no service at all for it. Maybe someone on this board can shed some light.  [Link] |
| Sheky666 Member 100 Posts 2/01 | Posted - Jun 14 2009 : 11:31AM On my statements a negative number is a credit. Are you sure that it isn't a charge and then a credit for the same amount? If that is not the case and you can't get a hold of them at that phone number listed (661-621-9394), call your credit card company and do a charge back. Tell them you made an attempt to contact the company and were not able to get a hold of them and they will take those charges off your account and Anabolic will be hit with a penalty of $25-$50 per instance.
