I've tried several different brands of prostate massagers, and Aneros makes the very best. Each model (they have several) is carefully engineered based upon the male anatomy. Each model has different stimulation characteristics. I own them all, but I like the MGX and the Progasm the best. Interestingly, the most "advanced" stimulator is the Peridise, which is the smallest one. I provided a link to the Aneros site, but their products can be found online and in good sex-toy shops for a bit less (I think). I'd discourage getting one of the cheaper competing brands, such as the Nexus line. I've tried them, and they aren't as good -- they just don't have the anatomy quite right. You definitely need to use good lube with one of these.
