In a lot of scenes where one model is doing anal and the other isn't, the non-anal model often does ATOGM so she can't be put off by it all that much. This is especially frequent in Mike Adriano B/G/G anal scenes. (And it seems to me that doing ATOGM would require a lot of trust in the woman to have properly cleaned herself out before the scene.)
