I'm a big fan of anal scenes. What hygiene and/or dietary protocol is required before an actress can perform an anal/ATM scene?

I'm not sure there is protocol that's required, it's just advised that performers have an enema prior to shooting. From a dietary standpoint, some performers don't eat for up to a day before shooting, some avoid foods that bring on the call of nature quickly.

I have to confess that this is a topic that I'm curious about as well. I've seen various BTS scenes and YouTube videos where models discuss it. The prep is varied. An enema would seem to be essential though. That and watching diet for a day or two before a scene.
