Try an IAFD "advanced search" with both "John Holmes" and "anal" selected as search filters. Haven't tried it myself, but it might be worth a shot.

Holmes performed many anal scenes in his career, although most of the best were in loops early on, which are not currently available on DVD. If you search "Johnny Wadd" on this forum you will find an older thread that discusses Holmes' anal scenes, along with a few other topics from his career. I'm too lazy (or busy, you decide) to search for and provide the link at the moment.
