It just seems like everything is becoming "the warmup" for the inevitable journey down the hershey highway. Some other things that fell into this category include fisting (i.e. greater than four fingers on one hand inserted at once) and golden showers (urination). I've started to see more and more mainstream (i.e. not fetish or specialty videos) that feature these acts. Just a few years ago, few distributors would have been willing to risk shipping these videos. Finally, as far as backdoor cleaning, yes, all performers (male and female) have to use an enema before the scene or there is the definite possibility that you'll see something you don't want to see.
