I don't think that any of the Goldlight movies have been produced in NTSC. You're better off getting a DVD player that can convert PAL to NTSC.
You might want to keep an eye on ecost.com for a Yamakawa player. They had two of them that, taking rebates into account, were available for between $30 - 50. However, both of them are sold out and there's no guarantee that they will have them again.
The one that was $30 from e-cost is available at westcoastmall.net for $54.95. I've never bought from westcoastmall.net, so I can't vouch for them. I have bought from e-cost many times with nothing but good experiences.
