We do know that earlier in the year Jillian took an extended break from any anal scenes because, in her own words, she was being booked for it every day and it was not particularly healthy. While she never mentioned anything about an actual injury I think it would most likely have occured just prior to her break, which would have just given her all the more reason to stop it for a while. As far as I am aware she has not taken any other breaks from anal other than this one, which you would assume would have to happen if she had injured herself. As such, being as she has only taken one break from anal in her career I would think it's safe to say that being as she is now shooting anal again this injury Woodman is referring to happened around the time of that break.
